District School Health Improvement Plan (SHIP)
The District SHIP is an action plans for our health and wellness goals as outlined by the WSCC. Each component of the WSCC is represented by at least one goal. Those determined to be of the greatest importance are included in the district Unified Improvement Plan. The SHIP has been established by the District Health Advisory Committee (DHAC) based on the health needs of the district as determined by our Healthy Kids Colorado Survey Data as well as other local and school data, community input, and student and staff input.
